Fuck "taking offense" be bruital. I want the truth, that's the only way any of of us will progress positively.
I'm fatter than most and I know it, but Chikito was the only one with balls to say it.
Be Honest.
I Don't want ass kissing, I need actual advice.

hit the gym or go running a few times a day....youd be suprised what running a mile a day can do for you.......a friend of mine was probably about 220 before he left for college when he was there he ran a mile in the morning and a mile at night except on weekends he just rested then and he ended up losing a fuckload of weight i seriously didnt recognise him when he came back

I love the hat and the shirt with vest the only thing that I'd change if I were a man is the jeans.. you want a little tighter fit the loose jeans may be comfy but don't really say much for your body.

Ok here I know a few things bout losing weight and getting buff. A friend of mine got from 100kg to about 85 around 4 months, and got really buff doing that too.

Here's how its done. Breakfast : 10eggs without the yolk and boiled vegetables. Lunch : Boiled chicken with boiled vegetables. Dinner : Boiled fish and if you want, boiled vegetables.

This works because there's no fat in your diet, this coupled with working out 3-4 times a week and running a a mile or two everyday, he really lost quite a lot of weight and got pretty built. It is suffering but... no pain no gain. Hope this helps ya Holden.

P.S : It's suffering.

I thought you're supposed to eat more than 3 meals a day?

The only problem is, every popular bar in my city doesn't allow hats!
Do they not allow hats, or caps... there is a difference. A nice hat is usually allowed. The limitation is typically against baseball hats.

Ok, I've walked in to clubs with the same limitation wearing a nicely blocked fedora, with a feather in the hatbrim and have had no problem walking right in... all they wanted was to check the lining to ensure i wasn't carrying anything under my hat...

If this is how your normally stand, then I suggest working on your body language, because your posture is rather slumped and you look somewhat defensive like that, not as confident as you should. Also, I like the 2 shirts look, but I try to go with shirts that don't stick out the bottom of the one on top when I'm going that way, because you look a lot more groomed.

As for no hats in clubs, that's lame. I wear a rainbow knit tuque sometimes and I went to a club where they said only the club staff could wear tuques, but they all had black tuques on and I just couldn't figure out how they thought anyone would mistake me as working there. Its like the club I usually go to that has a no jacket policy when I would wear my red leather jacket and it went well with my outfit.

For the record I don't stand like that normally.

I worked for 6 months in a Forensic Psychology lab analyzing body language and statement analysis. I think I know a bit about the BL topic.

Not interested in sharing the wisdom? I wouldn't mind hearing what you know on the subject of BL. I know some for sure, but you can always learn more.
