Winking: conveys confidence or creepiness?

i find that i like to wink alot, and often do so when greeting someone, (man or women). would this be a display of confidence or rather weird and creepy?

To me, it says, I'm confident, I'm letting you know,and I like the look of you.

Wink and initiate conversation . She'll think, or say to her friends if in a group " He just winked at me" They say "Who" you go over, show your confidence, bang! Work it!

i suppose as with anything else, it depends how you do it. if you can make it seem playful and if its done with confidence it can only be a good thing. But if your confidence isn't there and your body language is all wrong when you do it, your just gonna look like your the creepiest man who they ever did see

honestly ive read alot to know that most of you are making PU harder than it actually is.

Yes, but when someone asks a question, we tend to answer, which I did. I wink sometimes, I vary my game a lot, quite a few pua's do.
