i've finally realize something that has been preventing me from connecting with people, its my eye contact. whenever i pass by a girl, i do not dare to look at her, only at her feet, so most of the time i passby her looking straight and end up not even knowing what she looks like, let alone talk to her.
can anyone suggest some solutions for me to be able to make eye contact with any girl?its preventing me from vibing and connecting well with my friends and hb as i always look at their chin or face instead of their eye. what is the underlying problem? despite putting on a confident look and body language, i inevitably get very nervous inside as i passby a girl and i believe it shows unconsciously, any help is much appreciated.

Practice holding eye contact with ANYONE you pass, guys or girls. Have friendly smirk/smile so you dont look threatening, but not too much a smile so that you look gay or creepy. Stare until they look away. I do this with guys twice my size, and MOST times they will look away first. It is empowering and will build confidence. Practice this where ever you go. If you can stare into the eyes a guy that looks like he end you in a 30 seconds, im sure you can handle looking into the eyes of a 5ft female.
