This is something that many of you might already know, but anyway. Eat cheese, it prevents caries. So the next time you're looking for a snack, don't eat sweets and stuff, eat cheese (i.e cheddar or other similar types of cheese). For some scientific evidence on the subject, please check out:

Oh and as a sidenote, it has been suggested that green tea is beneficial for your dental health as well.

Cheese is formed from milk. Very high in calcium for teeth and bones :D

Cheese it good for teeth i agree as it is made up from the milk but it will also contribute to weight gain.

Yes cheese are good for the teeth . IT whiten your teeth as well as it provide calcium to the teeth .It make strong that not break down from the cavities .

I think it is but if you want to try to dieting so it is very bed food, Because it contain very much fat.
I am also use in the morning breakfast but in a limit.It is beneficial for the teeth and born.

Tips for the health are as bellow :

1) Nutrition and Health Diet
2) Do the exercises
3) Do not smoking
4) Do not drink wine
5) Eat the good vegetables and fruits

too bad, I can only eat cheese on pizza, actually I can't stand fresh cheese of any kind :S

cheese is tasty. but be careful about eating too much. it causes gas. for me - and for many I know - it can also be constipating. just like anything, moderation is good.
