hi, i have the openers down and can start conversations, but what do i say to continue them, what sort of things should i talk about or should i use a quick phone number, any advice be great guys

Hey mate, I think this question is far too generic. I would also say that you may be going down the route of relying on routines, which has it's good and bad points.

If I could give you a small bit of help from the vast amount of advice on transitioning/attraction, I would suggest you use something like:

"You have an interesting accent, where are you from?" or
"You have a (nationality) look about you, are you from there?"

At least those two lines is moving on from the original topic and their answers will give you A LOT of information to create common ground.
