DHV so much to DLV

Is it possible to DHV so much and so often that it becomes a DLV? Would this then be the definition of bragging? I mean you can talk about what sorts of accomplishments that you have done in your life and so forth, but does this not mean that you will eventually just appear to be bragging or does DHV mean more in terms of social status rather then actual accomplishments?

there is a fine line between a DHV spike and bragging. bragging is DLV for sure, id hide the DHV spike by talking in a pase fast enough so that the target or HB doesnt realize your conveying value
