So guys I have found that I am losing friends both female and male. I think it is because I would benefit from having them in my life so much because they have so much guidance to offer me. So my question is. How do I act non-needy and be cool with never seeing them again, but at the same time still maintain a friendship...

I know it's kind of a hard question, but it seems like friendship is based on some sort of desire. With me it is based on a need to have fun or grow as a person. With other people it is a feeling of belonging and acceptance. Well all want unconditional love. But I digress...

What if the people who can benefit me the most don't return my phone calls, and never respond to me on facebook? I don't ask them anything directly. My friend Jay is just a selfish asshole, but he banged this chick that I want, so i want some advice from him. But he is so closed off from the world.

Second I got a friend Kate that is Hot and like to have fun. But I asked her on a date and she told me no. Since then I haven't hung out with her. She gives me great advice on how to pick up women. She was a fantastic friend, and I feel like I fucked it up. But Maybe I am just being negative. Maybe I didn't fuck it up, but that she is just busy this time in her life.

Well what is your opinion on being needy in a friendship? How can you conceal it? How do you know if that other person will give what you put into the relationship in return.... And why do I want people in my life if they could care less if I am in their lifes.
