person to open--so if she leaves,
then it's probably for the better.

And ALWAYS make her work
for it.

For Example:

Today this girl asks me:
"Can you please hand me a poster board?"

I grab it, and I stick the poster board out
to her. She goes to reach for it, and I pull
away.

I gave her a look, and she knew what I wanted.

She said: "Please? : )"

And it worked!!
You were nice because you gave her the poster board
but you maintained your power by not being her slave.

ya, i understand that, i do stuff like that all the time, in class, anywhere

but imagine this, a girl is walking on the street, she's been running for a while, and so she doesn't have a watch. so she walks up to a fellow and asks the time from him and he says, "you have to do something for me first" she is pissed.

however if this is in class i would say, "i would, but i didn't bring my sundile today, sorry," and then she will giggle.

I guess it depends who's asking.

Actually, he shouldn't say "you have to do something for me first". He should just throw the hoop out there. If she jumps, cool, give her the answer. If not, oh well for her. And we're not talking a major hoop, you know, just something, that's all.

In fact, you can just ask a question
to her as a hoop.

Example:

What time is it?

Are you late for something?

No, just curious.

(give her the time)
Then say, oh, I have a quick
question for you. I can't stay
for long, I have my friends
waiting for me, but...

Then ask the question.

Simple as that.
