Okay you know you've been there, walking down a hallway by yourself and there is a girl coming toward you. Assuming you have good body language/outer game, what is the etiquette for this for someone looking to pick up? The average person looks forward and makes no eye contact, obviously this is not how to do it.


I had one of these today, I had some books with me and I was texting so my hands were full, and around the corner comes a HB, couldn't tell exactly how hot she was because I had my glasses off but she looked good enough. I had my dress game right, my swagger was good, head held kinda high, that was down to a science. Then she smiled at me with that eye contact as she walked by, caught me off guard but I knew right after we passed that I could have gotten something there. What do you guys typically do in this situation? I never thought about this scenario in any depth so I'm taking it as a learning experience.

Had I not been fooling around with other things at the time my first instinctual thing to say would be "Happy to see me?"

Response: positive (stops)
-"I do what I can. Whats your name, yada yada where you going yada yada"

Response: positive (keeps walking)
-"Then why are you leaving what makes you happy?"
Or if you're feeling aggressive works, "Well where the fuck you going then?"

Response: negative but not psycho
-"That's not what your face said." Leave it alone or keep going after this.


What do you guys think? I'm not a huge fan of canned things, more of a natural gamer, but sometimes I'm off my A+++ game like recently. I think this is pretty good obviously because it came from me but it has the elements necessary to build connection. Got the playfulness, you're associating yourself with happiness (DHV), you acknowledge you are attractive and desired, etc. I really want to get this down because I catch a lot more looks than I pay attention to in these scenarios and its nice to have this in the arsenal.

I hate situations like that. I find that if I ignore them until they are close enough to make EC with, they don't notice and if you look too soon it gets awkward. The best thing I've thought of is pretend to drop something, make sure it's loud enough (No bowling balls please), and look up and open.

Step 1: Walk down a long hallway
Step 2: Wait for a women
Step 3: *Shift focus from ahead to her*
Step 4: *Smile*
Step 5: *Position yourself in front of her*
Step 6: Speak

Unless shes a bitch chances are she'll be flattered and caught off guard making your job a lot easier.

Examples:
Step 3: She grabbed your attention
Step 4: Friendly
Step 5: Temporary obstacle, don't force her if she tries to get past
Step 6: "You look like you need sum d-ck!"
