Backstory: gaming a girl for past 4-5 weeks. We've been out on a 2 dates. Interest is always high but we're both really busy. I try to keep her on the hook with tension loops and sudden interest followed by no contact for several days.

She always returns calls and messages and generally I get a good vibe.

We both finished exams today so I called her but phone-bombed BADLY.

I asked her what she was doing later in the week and she said she would be going away. I was so sure she would say yes that I literally had no back up plan (I know my phone game sucks). Changing topics, I didn't even end up asking her out. For some reason I became so awkward and tentative on the phone. Said I had to go shortly after so as not to prolong it.

Now I'm thinking 'fuck it' and I'll just go balls out.

Thinking of calling her up tomorrow and saying - 'what are you doing TODAY'. Even if she has something else planned I'm going to tell her to 'screw it. drop it and come out with me.' (The art exhibit we're both meaning to goto ends friday)

I feel like I should take the initiative, because we've both been teasing and playing tag for the past 4-5 weeks.

Is this a good idea?

Or should I play it cool. Wait a few days, drop a tension loop and then maybe call her next week?

Rationality says I should be patient. But part of me thinks this has dragged on for so long (2 dates in 5 weeks, its hard to keep up the attraction). I'm pretty sure she wants me to ask her out, but we're just both genuinely busy people and I don't want the iron to go cold.

Any insight would be great, as I'm thinking of executing the kamikaze method tomorrow morning.

My thought is a direct cave-man approach. "I'm going here and I've decided you should come with me."

But would this signal too much interest and therefore turn her off? Does calling the day after I already called reek of desparation?

I have one-itis bad and I can't think rationally. It's gotten to the point where I'm flaking out on 2 other girls just to focus on this one. Madness.

Problem with "balls out" is if she doesn't really have extreme attraction towards you, she'll more than likely flake because other things are more important to her.

You did mention being able to add "sudden interest" to the Pick-Up. Once she regains that spark of interest, follow up with the balls out method of simply asking her.
