Find out about gunwitch, google him. Go on his site and read fully.

The pros:

Here's the routine in a nutshell:
1. talk to as many girls as possible, utilize every chance you get
2. look for patterns and pay attention to what seems to work well for you
3. when you get stuck come here and ask questions that are more specific

Just like any other skill it's all about practice. If you're looking for something more in-depth then there are already hundreds of books, videos, and audio lessons suggested on these forums. Search around a bit.
