a little bit about myself, im 18 years old and i live in australia. Just read the game a few weeks ago and am pretty new to this community.

Anyways, saturday night i decided i was going to try to approach a few sets. So i head down to a local bar with some of my friends. My friends have no idea about the PUA community, most of them are naturals at picking up anyway.

So i spot a 2 set, a HB6 and a HB7, by the bar, and keeping the 3 second rule in mind, i approach and use the jealous girlfriend opener, one of them actually seems excited that i was talking to them. So they're giving me their opinion and i explain y im asking, soon after they get their drinks (suppose that's y they at the bar) and walk off, guess the conversation must have gotten boring. But i didn't have a problem with that cos i wasn't expecting to get a close of any sort, i just wanted to get out there and practice.

A few seconds after that 2-set left, i spot a 4-set , a HB7, HB8, HB8.5 and a guy. So i approach again with the jealous girlfriend opener, they give their opinion (although only 2 girls were talking to me, i figured the others couldn't hear me cos of the music). This time i felt the conversation dying so i threw in another routine, i asked if they believe in ESP and did an ESP routine on of the girls, even though it failed cos of her maths ability lol, although that gave me a great opportunity to neg her, i got a few laughs from her. I asked her what her name was, she told me nd asked me what my name was (IOI?), then a bit of fluff talk bout where she's from nd about school. I then used the "how do u guys know each other?' question which was great cos it got the other people in the set talking. The conversation moved to how they met nd soon after the girls said they needed to go the toilet nd left, so i decided to leave nd go back to my friends.

This was actually pretty fun, i guess things are like that when u have no expectations and just go with it. Im really eager to get back out there nd try again, but am gonna have to put it on hold for about 2 weeks cos of mid year exams. But i expect to write many more field reports.
