seriously who does this? whats the point of sending out some message to some random women whos profile you cannot even see, and who is probably not even online at the time anyway?

Maybe im missing something but sending out random supposedly witty messages "or lets get to know each other game" or whatever, surely the best outcome you could hope for is her saying "do i know you" or "are you on drugs"

There are millions of individuals both men AND women who use the internet as a social networking means. Some (such as myself) use these websites (Facebook/MySpace/etc.) to have a "sideline" way to work on our game. Most of the time when I send a message opener, I do it out of learning what works and what doesn't work. Internet is a great way to test some new online sarging techniques.

Obviously! the best place to work on your game, is the real world itself.

It's a trainingground.

I mean if you know the girl is in your area, or you saw each other once on a party.. it can def help to meet, get to know, get convy and join in fun stuff. Been there done that and it works.

For others who are socially VERY insecure this can be a step 1. I mean most people need training/side wheels when they learn to ride a bike yes? Well see online interaction as the training for real life interaction. It's less scary, yet you talk to real people.

In my opinion, just don't get addicted and always keep in mind facebook is a tool, not a replacement for real life. Talking and chatting to 100's of people doesn't mean you have friends or that you are social. I'd say you're virtually social.
