If you're consistent at the gym, and from what you said it sounds like youre doing things right, this is a 21 day thing its called animal cuts. It is about 18 pills a day I tried it and with 5 days a week attending the gym two of which were dedicated cardio days I saw quick results. search online you're bound to find a good deal

More important than what you're doing in the gym is what you're doing at the dinner table. You want to eat a high-protein (1 gram per pound of bodyweight is the standard), low sugar, high fiber diet that includes no trans fats or high fructose corn syrup. You should also be eating more numerous, but smaller-portioned meals (6-7 times a day is the usual amount).

If you're really serious about getting in shape, it might be worthwhile to read the book "The Abs Diet" by David Zinczenko. That's what started me down the path to healthy eating.

If he's working out a lot then he needs all the protein he can get.

I would invest in a good brand of Whey. Are you mainly trying to lose or are trying to gain muscle mass also?

is an AMAZING site. You can look up different workout plans and also learn about what supplements actually help you out versus the ones that don't do shit.

DIET!

Seriously. Opt for vegetables. Eliminate all fast food, sugars and only drink water. cook yourself meals and avoid a lot of fats and carbs.
