If you like to change something that take time, this is the strategy to use.

1 – Awareness : so I know that I have problem and the problem is I don’t know how to talk or seduce woman.

3 – I accept to change my self.

4 - Strategy: develop a realistic plan : I know that to change my self it take years and years of practice and I’m ready.

5 - Commitment: acting possibly with external assistance : so my programme is going out to sarge talking to woman every day if I can. For the external assistance from my experience there is just some few “gurus” who are good at day game because I’m working on my day game and they give really good advices (in my opinion) : david wygant and Sinn. But I’m open to learn from others too.

today go out. I didnt sleep good so in the morning i was little tired

I still going sarging. I spend the lasts Saturday and Sunday thinking about my conversation problem.
