I do martial arts where you're supposed to keep your eyes locked on your opponent's eyes.. I always used to forget and look down, but then I watched Blade 2 and heard this:

At the same time, it makes me laugh (relieving anxiety), and helps me remember to look in the eyes when I'm fighting.
Also helps me sometimes to just stare at random people as I walk by them. Kind of makes me feel like a creep, but it's good practice, and eventually you realize that hey, what are they gonna do, even if they go crazy I can probably beat them in a fight or otherwise outrun them. But that's never happened, most of them just look away after 2-3 seconds.
