my car is a big clit-killer. shortys be up in the club, diggin my flava, and then i get them out to the ride to take them home, sometimes they run away! it's a green volkswagon beetle, like vintage. my dad fixed it up in the 80s but shit is just burnt. i work as a cook, i take mechanic school at night, im trying to fix it but it's $$$.

How can i play it? i try to gloss it over, say 'it's wheels honey, it runs, it's got charcter' none of this works. i get girls, but most time i am more successful when i vist my homies at college & we just go back to the dorms, or we hook up at partys.

Make the car your opener. Point is you start talking about it sooner in the night and not when you get out too it. Lie say it's your friends, yours is in the shop. Link it to her somehow.

Why not warn them of the car early on, after all it is your college ride. Tell them straight up, make fun of it. If you need to show value through a car you should probably lay back and learn how to get her mind off of anything but you. Excuses: You can't bare getting rid of it, you had so many great moments. It is easy to convince a girl if she doesn't care about the car. Most of how I get a girl attracted is not based on my car or my job title. Those things aren't brought up, as far as I am concerned that is privileged information. That said when I had a garbage ride, I let people know, laughed at, spoke of it's Character, etc. Part of being charismatic is showing humility. There is so much information on DV and Negging, a lot of people don't realize that it is just fun to be playful. A charismatic person is someone who makes everyone around feel good. Everyone smile, laugh, have a good time, someone who doesn't intimidate. If you make it so the girl genuinely likes you which is very easy using all the techniques out there a car won't make a lick of difference.

I am a big fan of showing humility, if you can show that you are a "person" than most people will enjoy your company. Acting better through negging and DV is not at all useful, if you made it seem as if you are some rich guy or they can get something from you. If you just be honest, and honesty is key in a lot of cases, just put a comical spin on it.

BUT.

First off, you dont really want the girls that ARE impressed by your car. Its shallow, and in the end you probly wont want that type of girl.

BUT. I have gotten girls heads to turn and say "you know about cars?" with crazy intrigue.

I have a story about how my dad was a mechanic and past the car down to me, how I got books on it and fixed and rebuilt the car myself.

I feel that if you are embarrassed about the car, she will pick up on it. If you embrace it, that shows a stronger character.
