Build the body that you are confident with. How does this work? Define goals for yourself. What do you want out of your body? Performance, endurance, strength, etc. You need all of these to have a healthy sex life. I'm not gonna lecture you on these topics, but I will tell you what works for me.
A little background, I have always been active. During high school, I played a little football, wrestled, and ran track (all four years). When I entered college, I got into various PE classes such as soccer, volleyball, ballroom dance, golf, yoga, weight lifting and many others. One of my defining moments was when I took Tae Kwon Do class. I love the aspect of martial arts and soon joined a Black Belt martial arts school (that also taught MMA) owned by my Tae Kwon Do instructor while going to college.
I had a friend mention capoeira and I wondered what this was. I joined the Capoeira club and had a great time learned this dance/martial art while avoiding getting kicked in the face too many times. This really increased my flexibility in body, mind, and spirit.
Now, as far as weight lifting, I recently discovered Body For Life but found that 5-6 days a week in the gym was too much for me. I'm lazy by nature. Problem was, I was always skinny and average height. In high school, I was about 5'7" and 125 pounds at best. The Scrawny to Brawny program was a good fit for me. I am now around 5'8" and 165 pounds, which is my "happy" weight. My body fat is around 10-13%, but I am happy with that. If I wanted to really cut up, I can simply add more cardio to my workouts.
Ok, enough about me for a bit. Lemme tell you a well-known secret... Sex is great! It feels wonderful and has many health benefits. Some of you are saying "duh, genius". Want more proof? Read this:

Sex burns calories, makes you feel good, stretches your body, and is a great workout with a nice benefit for your prostate due to orgasm. Why would anybody want to train themselves for sex? A few years ago in Men's Health magazine, they had a short article on Peter North's (famous pornstar from the last decade) workout. When it is your job to fuck, you keep your body in shape for doing... it.
Working out makes me horny. I will admit that. Usually I have to masturbate or have sex right after I weight lift and break a sweat. Jerking off has its benefits. 'But Chicoman', you say... 'this a PUA forum... get the f#ck out of here'. Kegels. Google it. Yes, learn to control your ejaculatory ducts and you will last longer and have better orgasms... with women even!
I'm running out of time due to my busy schedule. Feel free to comment. Thanks.
