I've tried this opener several times and it've worked like a charm each time:

Do you think it's ok to date a friend ex-girlfriend?

Ok, the reason I'm asking is because I have this two friends and one just broke up with his girlfriend a couple of weeks ago, so my other friend has a major crush on her but the other guy is kind of in the way...

Now here you have two options that should both give some DHVs

• I've told him your friend's always first. Loyalty is important so if he does not want him to do it, then don't... (continue telling how in you'll make anything for a friend and they are the same way to you)
• I've told him, if he really, really likes her that much he should go for her, you never know who might end being your perfect match!, just tell your friend first, be honest man...

but, what do you think? What's the feminine opinion?

I like both of them and I've used both of them. Both convey DHVs by implying you're all in with your friends or you're a romantic person who is not afraid to take the lead in getting the woman you love, although I usually go for the first one as it conveys a little more disinterest...

Everytime I've tried it, it has turned to great conversation about relationships and from there you can start negging and teasing the target by disagreeing with her, calling her naive or acussing her of being too young (if applies)

I'd use the first part for DHV, if she says she has dated an ex's friend, "insert neg" - Is this a regular thing? Does she always roll like that?
