I don't think most bartenders like it when you make them change a $100 bill when only ordering one drink. Good luck waiting 10 min for them to serve you again especially if you don't leave an appropriately big tip.

Pretend like you're casually talking to a co-worker over the phone. Then start to speak in a higher and slightly irritated pitch: "How could the transfer not go through. I didn't say 5,000 deutchmark I said 5,000 Rubbles! You know what you're fucking fired. This is the end of our transaction. You're fucking fired Bill."

Storm out of the bar and go outside and pretend to make more calls gossiping about how bill is incompetent. Then go back into the bar and start telling chicks about how this guy did an overseas wire transfer for the wrong amount of money and now you wont have any japanese investors on board because its rude to not be on time with payment in their culture.
