hey just to introduce myself, im ash from australia and ive been trying a lot of protein out of muscle mags and experimenting with different suppliments and ive come up with a basic foundation that will get anyone looking to build a lot of muscle over about the time-line of 6-8 weeks.

45 mins before workout
iso mass xtreme gainer
-1.5 tea spoons arganine
-2 tea spoons glutamine

druing the work out 30 mins before the end....table spoon of creatine mixed with water and downed (finish all of it, then get back to your workout) this will give your muscels an increased rate to regenerate energy therefore giving you explosive/longer lasting power towards the end.

immediatly after
iso mass xtreme gainer
-1 tea spoon glutamine

using this eating program in 6 weeks i have put on 4 kg of muscle with 4-5 gym sessions a week.

any other questions ill be happy to answer reguarding the actual work out its self.

ash,

Do you mix any of this with milk? I find that mixing it with milk results in... unhappy consequences.

For me I've just been trying to gain by eating. It's been a tough approach. I worry though that if I go off supplements that I might lose as quickly as I gain.

Q.

Supplements have never built a ounce (or whatever the metric system equivilant is) of muscle with out proper training, and protein is not as important to muscle growth as carbs are eat a well balanced diet.

no man u dont need to mix this with milk, it tastes ok just with water, and u can use fruit in it as well, i would recoment frozen blue berries or bannana.

if your looking to build i can write you up a program and PM it to you if you like im a personal trainer so i could help you if you lived in australia but the least i could do is give you a program?

also an obvious one, no fast foods nothing with lots of sugar i.e soft drink and cakes.

lots of carbs in the morning and meat at night..5 meals a day and dont expect results right away. .

pm me if its a yes on the program

I have had good results with Maxx HP+, just mixed with water, it is a leaning protein but I have a few Kg's of fat I want to drop as well. I take it pretty much just as I am leaving the gym. They have them at GMC (in Aust anyway).
