This is a basic self improvement exercise anybody can follow. Keep a log of every time you fail at anything. it can be a calender, a notepad, an excel sheet or just a word document.

For every time you fail at anything be it failing to score a goal in a soccer match, blowing it with a girl for not opening the door for her, or even being lazy by procrastinating (stuff like running a red light you can leave out.. nobody really cares about failing to obey traffic laws)...

simply write 2-3 things that you learned you could've done better for every time you failed at something.

I guarantee you that after 1 month you'll see a huge difference
After 3 months you'll be a new person
After 3 months you should have enough practice to store and analyze it in rote memory.
