I was invited to a small party with a group of friends who are all from very rich families. I think I did pretty well mingling with them and not letting the obvious difference in dress and attitude get me down.

But, I approached one girl things were going great until her friend walked up. She didn't say anything until I asked if they would like to join me at a birthday party this coming friday. Her friend (who was obviously drunk) asked a very simple question, "Who the fuck are you?"

And I said, I'm just me.

I didn't get the feeling i'd be seeing them this friday but what ev.

Obviously, not the coolest thing to say but I was wondering if you guys could give me examples of things you would say if a girl just asked the same thing.

Just respond in a calm manner. I would probably say, "you don't know who I am?!?"
or "hey I'm turbo, nice to meet you" then WIN OVER the bitchy ones approval while negging your target. Slowly give attention to your target and disarm her friend.

Why try to "win over" the bitch? (and yes, she is a bitch, even if she is drunk) Isn't that just rewarding bad behavior? Stay polite, throw a neg at Miss Bitch, comment to your target "Is she always like this?!?", then continue your conversation with your target. At the same time, "I'm just me" is a DLV....the whole point of this exercise is to sell yourself as a better catch than the next AFC.

That said, you got caught unaware by a bitchy drunk. Drunks are unpredictable by nature, so I wouldn't beat yourself up over it. Learn from it, prepare yourself against such encounters in the future, and move on. And if the target makes it to your party, thumbs up!
