From the small amount of game I've done, I can tell you that my skills with women have improved significantly. I've been able to make connections with women that other guys that know them haven't been able to do.

I used to worry extensively about what I would say to a girl, and have crushing anxiety when I thought about approaching a girl. When I started I used canned openers, which gives you confidence to talk to strangers. Now I don't need them.

It's also worth mentioning kino here. You'll notice that you yourself feel more comfortable around someone that kinos you lightly and very awkward around somebody that touches too hard for too long.

There's many other things I can point out here, but I don't want to drag out this post. Short of you finding somebody that is a natural and have him show you the ropes with girls, there really isn't a better way to improve your skills. So what's your alternative? Go out there and try it for yourself and tell me you didn't improve at all.

Seriously. I'm always a bit in doubt because that it works is a fact. But why it works:

1) The routines, stories, things gimmicks whatever.. they trigger attraction with the girls and thus PUA-stuff works.
2) Because you believe it works you do these things. These things don't work but you believe it so badly that all of a sudden you are more confident and thus girls will like you. Then it's not the PUA shit but your confidence that works.

I've always thought of these 2 options.
