is this a good intro book? it seems like it but i am no expert in nlp, it looks to have a decent over view of nlp. So has anyone read it and would recommend it ?

Sounds like a good beginners guide, would also like to know if any has read it?

I own the book, of course it does not assist you in NLP in regards to picking up women. But it's all applicable to the game. It's a great basic guide where you can skip around to areas where you're interested and pick up from there. I've learned some very useful things out of it.

Hey guys, NLP sounds interesting to me. I like having a psychological edge in life and also carrying that kind of power (I wouldn't abuse it though). I was just wondering if I should start learning NLP soon or wait until my core PUA game is decent or solid first. I also want to learn to be a human lie detector at a decent level. Basically being able to read faces. It would help with cold reading women, business, and probably poker as well lol


Also wondering how long does it take to get a good grasp of NLP and being able to apply it moderately well?

I would recommend reading a few NLP books first. NLP isn't about memorizing lines or doing the same thing over and over, so its good to get a grasp on it first, then start reading mystery method, david deangelo... so when u start committing that to memory your NLP is still in the back of your mind. I would say NLP is the hardest to grasp out of the bunch, but the most valuable as you can use it in day to day life, not just with girls.

after you read 'Introducing NLP', check out NLP Psychic Seduction by Jim Esparza. Very interesting concepts in there. I have it in Ebook, so private message me if u want it

I am actually reading it, I have not much NLP knowledge but jim`s book made me able to make use of NLP whitout knowing why actually this techniques work.
I have to say this book work`s for me, a very good beginners tutorial and useful things beyond PUA, but now I want to know everything about NLP...
