Ignore the title
One of my biggest problems is my ass. Its quite large and tends ruins the harmony of my body. A few exercises that myght help? please guys it's begining to be a complex.

Is it fat, or is it muscle?

If it is muscle, I'd say don't worry about it as girls tend to like a little bit of man-butt.

If it's fat, then all I can suggest is that you ditch it, by doing cardio, because you can't control where you lose fat, just how much you lose.

Perhaps you could add some muscle to it by doing glute excercises such as olympic squats...add it to your leg workout if you already excercise with weights.

it's maynli muscle only in the lower part of it is a little fat I don't say that the fat is disturbing me but the muscle part.
No I don't have any hormine isusese

If it's muscle I don't think you have anything to worry about...Most girls love muscle in any place possible.

Learn to accept it as part of who you are. I am in great shape, but I still have a large butt. Its just part of me, and girls I am with say they like it.

I really don't think a big butt will ever be a "dealbreaker". Don't let it second-guess your confidence.

Alright for starters follow this workout I also happen to be a Personal Trainer so shoot me any questions

-Squat- 4x12-15
-Walking DB lunges from wall to wall vary how long you hold the lunge, 2 second pause and 5 second pauses- 4 sets
-Hack Squats- 3x12-15

This is part of my workout. The walking db lunges target specifically your glutes and will help burn fat and tighten that caboose
