I'm sure your fine...I think the chances of a girl getting rejected in a #close are pretty slim.

Just build enough rapport for them to be comfortable wanting to give it, and maybe modify the message you're sending a bit, as "hate" is a pretty strong word and gives a negative/complaining/whiney vibe in my opinion.

if they are replying instantly, you could go for:
"i gotta go do (excuse) gimme your number and we'll text"

the key to not getting rejected in a #close is to build enough rapport and comfort.
