Watsup guys.

There is this girl on my campus who i dont know at all! ive seen here a few times around and thats about it. She isnt in any of my classes or anything. Im not some kind of nerd or anythin, just that this girl gives me the chills

Say now i see her walking out of a building, what can i do to get her attention or to strike up a conversation?

something that doesnt seem weird seeing as though we are on campus.

I reckon the situation.
Just go walk up next to her, ask her if she has seen girl x or y or comment her on something she's wearing (not too needy, 'aren't you feeling cold in that skirt?').

Or, just say hi everything you see her. First time, she will be surprised. After 5 times, she will wonder who you are. After 10 times, she has to know who you are. After 15 times, she will approach you (or you can just sit next to her).

Point being here: Don't think too much about approaching. Just do it. You're mind will come up with something if you just said hi.
