The feedback I have been getting from strangers is amazing. I heard on some PUA vid that they had a friend who was a natural and he just talked to everyone. He got so good at conversation that when he talked to HB's it was nothing to him.
I have been doing just that, talking to random people on the street, almost every time the person sincerely thanks me for a pleasant conversation and how I made their day better. Went for a couple of no.closes with HB's but they had boyfriends.

I was on the tube today and just started talking to a women, had such a great and insightful conversation. She was like 40 but it great to talk. As I was getting off a guy was staring at me and I smiled and said hey. He replied " Its so good to hear people talking on the tube" (for people that are not from London, no one talks on the tube. Es ist Verboten!) I wished him a good day and he reciprocated. Just smiling and waving to people makes me feel so much better.


I went out last night and had an awesome time. I sarged quite a bit just to practice routines and get better at them. Didn't get any closes as I didn't really fancy anyone there. It was a seriously shit club and I got dragged there because it was a friends Birthday. I talked to so many HB 2 and 3's but it was good to practice.
My mate pushed me onto a HB -1 and I talked to her for a laugh. I asked her a few questions about her, nothing banal. I got bored and decided to end it, she smiled and thanked me for a great conversation. When I went up to her she had such a bitch shield on and a face like thunder but by the time I finished with her she was beaming. Just goes to show every woman just wants some attention and affection.


Today I went out for a meal with my Dad and sister and our waitress was giving me obvious "fuck me eyes". It was so funny. She was like a HB 4 but still it was nice to get the attention. I think it is because of my inner confidence. I decided not to do anything about it as I was with my family.

Massive changes for me with inner game are as follows:

- there is no failure - just feedback.

- when a girl ignores you or does not engage, it is her loss, I feel bad for her for being such a closed person, missing out on life.

-people want to talk and feel happy, give them a chance and they will open up.

- I am an interesting, confident and good person who is cool to be around.

- Who gives a shit what people think, be your best self.
