What I'm asking is recommendations on posts, books, sites, or your own intel on Gym/Workout fundamentals. When should you stretch? In what order should you work your body out? Are there any workout myths that need to be dispelled? Thanks in advance guys.

ex. Chest>shoulders/delts>triceps> forearms
Focused most of your time on core workouts
ex. Working out your your back will simultaneously work out your biceps. So work those things on the same day. Same for Chest and triceps.
Don't overwork your self!
ex. Muscle is built with rest. If you work the same muscle group more than twice/week you're probably doing too much (endurance exercises are a different story) . Work your muscles til failure then give them proper rest.
Hope some of this helps. Goodluck!
PS. Most importantly: EAT RIGHT!!!
