need help with this girl i work with

there's this attractive girl i work with. when i work with her i neg her, kino, DHV, and build comfort. she displays IOI's and it seems that she is into me. the funny thing is that i'm her supervisor. recently i noticed that she is not as interested in me as before and i also found out that most of my staff knows that i like her. so i talked to her best friend who is also part of my staff and she told me that she said since i'm her supervisor she only sees me as her supervisor and nothing else.
What do i do in this situation? any advice would help. :?

haha.... riiiiight. A chick doesn't want to hook up with a supervisor. That'd be the day.

Punish her man, just punish her. Run game on other chicks right in front of her (but don't look like you're trying to make her jealous, be discreet). You don't need her, show her that.
