Rebuilding after being away

So before last wednesday, I spent all my time focusing on gaming when not doing work.

Then wednesday happened. There was a huge fire in my building, displacing everyone. I'm still not back on my feet since then, after having to move and having no furniture in my new place.

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas that could help quickly bring back my inner game, as I almost feel mentally exhausted after last week.

I'd say in order to get your inner game back recall how your state was before the fire and try to replicate that again. Once you have a grasp on your state become active and do things that will get you in the mood to be productive like tidy up your room. Then transfer that energy to get back onto the path your lookin for.
