take it slower next time and try making yourself seem like the prize, (read david deangelo). like on the third message or so "well i'm free __ and __ this week so i suppose we could go get a coffee, but i'm not promising anything because you could turn out to be completely crazy" (say this after you know she has a sense of humour). so if you don't express too much interest early she won't be scared off.

a good first message is "dude i just saw your profile and it says ur ____ days/months/years older should i call u ma'am?"
