HB at work is picking up coffee for me, i already gave her my order, what do i say when she gives it to me.

Should say, she knows i have a girlfriend that's outta town but always KINO with me and seems somewhat interested, granted she's naturally a flirty girl but i've been good so far holding back and not letting i find her attractive
