First post, hoping for a little advice on where things stalled.

Friends and I were on SB. Friend of mine brings us to a girls apartment to pregame before clubs (he knew them prior to the trip). Meet an attractive girl whos there with her sister. I work the entire group, being funny trying to establish my value to the room (I feel awkward/fake using canned stuff so I just sort of go off the cuff). Eventually isolate with target outside on the balcony. The interaction progresses rapidly once it turns out we both are from a similar area. Were taking pictures, her kissing my cheek and such. I'm feeling good about the interaction at this point, then the sister comes over. Sister begins to progressively more fiesty and hostile towards us. We leave to go hook up, sister's yelling "WHATRE YOU DOING??" at us trying to interrupt.

Question 1) What to do about this sister character or any other hostile female obstacle? I understand shes blood so naturally will be protective.

We go off to hookup in a room. While we're hooking up, she makes a comment "You're hot". I kind of stare there like a boneheaded idiot and mutter something about her being cute too.

Question 2) What would have been a better way to handle that comment? I recovered but the momentum definitely stalled at that point. Knew as soon as words came out of my mouth that I sounded like a buffoon.

We meet up with the group after a brief hookup. Good night in all, good vibes. More dancing, kissing etc. Walk back with her to her place. The sister has stopped hating, and even invites me back for drinks with them (not sure why). I get to the door, all her friends go in. She says "I'll see you tomorrow". I say great, whats your number I'll call you tomorrow. She says [Friend who knew them previously] has my number, get it from him, we make out for a bit, she kisses me good night and goes inside.

Question 3) What the hell is that ending about? Runs 180 degrees opposite to my perception of the entire vibe of the night. She turns a little cold to me, the sister warms up?

1) With the sister you are faced with a problem because as you said they are blood related, what i would have done is this.....i would have gained your targets support by saying her sister is fiesty by using a shotgun neg but do it tongue in cheek style so you don't seem agressive.

Get them laughing and they will forget about the situation cos it sounds like her sister was using her own bitch shield for her.

2) as for the compliment that's easy, be cocky-funny, you could have replied with this...."compliments will get you nowhere" or "yeah, i know i can't help it".

Keeps your value high and she will become more attracted to you.
