I have this terrible problem (after my approach anxiety), I can open fine, but I always freeze up and not know what to say. Any advice for me?

calm down talk slow and be aware of your surroundings, their are so many things that people don't realize that u can talk about... even better yet there might be something around you can talk about... such as if your in a bar maybe somebody dancing funny... or maybe at the mall, talking about a certain store... most important thing is that your calm then it will all come...
