last few months ive been workin out--but a problem has developed---from being skinnyish ive passed through the fit looking athletic body phase--but worryingly lately ive noticed that im beginning to look bulked out in a sorta just spent 5 years in the prison weights room kinda way--a look that ive always regarded as over the top and quite frankly ridiculous--its not gone too far ,but what i want is to look lean fit and strong not hulkish---im also worried that if i stop now any muscle gained will turn to flab quickly also a factor is that i love spending time in the gym for myself -not for looks or attraction but just hobby and enjoyment

I think the bolded part says it all, ROFLCOPTOR!!!! Guy, get a clue. You are not jacked out of your mind, are probably still skinny and most likely weight 165 lbs.

What the hell is wrong with people nowadays?

If you were once skinny, then became bulky you would have more than enough experience and knowledge to know that you should do higher reps in exercises and focus on cardio. It takes alot of hard work and knowledge to bulk up. Alot of effort and time, and you need to know what your doing
Muscle doesnt turn into flab that easily mate so dont worry
However, a few months? how many kilos have you gained, 5? im sure you haven't bulked up much LOL If anything you just fattened up a little, lost some definition in your muscles. Not a bad thing at all

its probably a problem of overworking on some areas and not others to the same extent--in my case its upper body ---i was doing a lot of rowing and pulling exercises and the shoulders and neck are going a bit shreck like--still have spindly enough legs even though been doing a lot of running
