sometimes but not always. I have met a few girls who will let you do that, but won't do anything else (because they are the "take it slow" girls like original poster was talking about)
And there are some girls that will let you go down on them like crazy but they have some block in their head that "well, it isn't sex"... so they won't let you get inside them or play with your toy ... from my experience, the girls doing this are girls that I have converted from being friends. Never a good idea. Oh sure, the sex is great when you finally get there... but... you can't go back to being friends. I screwed up some great friendships because of this. They always want to be more than friends and fuck buddies
I think there's a lot of truth to what Billy Crystal said in When Harry Met Sally... I do not know if it is a universal truth, that guys and girls can't be friends because the sex part always gets in the way... but in my case it is true. I only become good friends with good looking girls... and really I am happy with friendship, it is cool to have very attractive female friends... but sooner or later, you have a situation or a "moment"... like you are talking with each other... then the eyes start communicating something else... and conversation slows down to a trickle... and then you are making out... this is what I call "the point of no return"
