I just started working at this huge hospital and there's countless HBs around. However, i don't know anybody here, I have no co-workers in my office and the only time I even see these girls is at lunch, when they 're in big groups, which is kinda scary for me. I mean i don't have a problem approaching girls at bars or clubs, when I know they won't ever see me again, but in a setting where I ll have to see them day in day out, i m kinda shy.
Also, my usual approach is sort of aggressive cocky/funny, and I don't wanna find myself with a lawsuits on my hand for sexual harrassement if I use those tactics at my workplace.
any tips would be greatly appreciated!

All the advice I've read on this says DON'T sarge at work. Not sure why, exactly. I don't have a job, so it's not something I deal with.

I guess the reason you don't is because if you get shot down after hitting on a co-worker it's awkward as hell seeing her around the workplace. Perhaps this slowyl effects your inner game.

I ve been reading contradicting advice about wether to sarge at work or no. It's worked for me in the past, but in an environment where I worked closely with the girls, so I only hit on the ones who gave me clear IOIs. like i said, in my new setting i don't hang out with anyone (girls or dudes) so i only get to see co-workers in large, public places (hospital cafeteria, hallways), which kind of scares me.
