I was wondering what you guys usually do after you've kissed the girl(I mean a really good french kiss) - do you keep talking to her? Do you go for a quick dance or whatever?

Leaving the club(or at least saying you're leaving) might be too early if you had this success quite fast. Like try and complete these phrases if that's easier

After the kiss, if she ... then we/I ... .
After the kiss, if I feel ... then we/I can try ... .
etc.

Well things like that

after the kiss, you compliment her on her kissing... like... nothing too extravagant... just... something along the lines of "you were pretty good at that" and i would usually whisper it in her ear and give her a little peck on the ear lobe or her neck.

then hold her hand and go dancing if you are in a club, or go sit down and talk to her while you have your drink. I have found that running your hand up and down her arm also helps build a little comfort, so she doesn't feel like she was just been used or something by kissing you.

you can probably tell when she wants to be kissed more... (puppy eyes?)! if you want to ditch your friends and go have a little private time... go do that... but always say go back to your friends...and give her a little space while you interact with other ppl. and come back to her after you socialize and interact with her friends.

It's like if you get to kissing with one girl I find it hard to game on after that in that club, I don't want to upset the girl by seeing me chatting up other girls(and who knows what else) and just stay committed to her that evening.

If you go on talking and spending time with her in the club what would you do if she's a girl you really like/hot and you want to meet again later? Just do stories? Leave the club early?

In a club I usually say something like "not bad" or "any other tricks up your sleeve?"
I usually take her hand and go to the dance floor. BTW if you swing dance on the dance floor you get value like crazy. You could also talk for a bit with some real get to know each other conversation but I usually stick to dance floor to up the kino. While dancing I'll whisper in her saying "let's get out of her"
