I find myself in a privileged position in which I have a free house. As a college student of 17 who lives with his rents, this is quite a delight. Being the quintessential PUA that I am, I've arranged for a HB9 to come over & stay the night, I've been gaming her for a while, all dates have been at her house or a neutral place; this is the first time I've had her over.

I understand that a f-close is the natural progression and shouldn't be overtheorised; truth is, I've never been in this situation before. How do I prepare myself for such a situation?

The best way to prepare yourself for this situation is to not prepare yourself for it. If you think about it too much and if you read about all of the ways to kino and close the night before the girl comes over it's way too easy to over think it. All I can suggest is to find a way to make it the somewhat ideal environment for intimacy. Get a good movie or something and let it just happen. She obviously already likes you as you have been, there's not any reason to deviate from that method. Good luck
