This one works especially well for college students. Bring a notebook with you that has some notes in it (ideally you're a student and have a notebook you're using to study for an exam). Approach a HB, show her a page in your notebook, and say, "I have a quick question for you, for some reason I can't read my own handwriting on this section right here [stand beside girl and show notebook page]. Can you tell me what it says?" Follow with a kino while thanking HB with a pat on the shoulder. Gives you a lead-in to a conversation about what they study or studied in the past.

You'd have to write something pretty shitty for it to be believable that you can't read it, so therefore, how shitty do you actually write it so that she will be able to read it? or do you write it so shitty that neither of you can read it and it doesn't matter?

SOUNDS like a great idea.. but would work better if you say that your reading a friends note and they have shitty handwriting.. like that its more believable and yo don't come off as that careless dude that doesn't make sure his shit is legible, lol..
