P90X tips please

Hey guys,
Just started P90X. Im wondering if anyone else has done the program before and has any tips. I'm really liking the program because its focuses on core workouts and has combination workouts. (somthing Ive never been able to do in the gym by myself)

I have only been able to keep up with about half of the DVD so far until I'm dead on my feat. But Ive gone all the way through. I couldn't lift my arms last night to type after. its intense!

Is it beneficial to do some specific isolation workouts outside of a program like this? I want to emphasis biceps particularly.

Also, I'm thinking of doing some extra running on the treadmill.

Any other tips are suggestions would be appreciated.

Ive done the Back and Chest, Ab ripperx, and Polymetrics thus far.

Ive tried it... more than likely youll be overtraing in a day or two if your not already there, you actually want to do more how much do you think your body can take? It will wear you out.That hot sensation your gonna feel under your skin thats catabolism. Itll also lower your immune system so you can get a cold. here some resources that might help below also....

P90x will get you ripped, not muscular, you will loose fat but won't gain much muscle. And don't every focus on a tiny tiny muscle like the biceps, do big compoud movments and then do some isolation work. Short of implants you can't do much to make your biceps grow without the rest of you.

Keep Working, Take Breaks Whenever You Feel that you need to rest.. Use The Pause Button =) I'm currently doing it.... I'm on my 2nd Month 2nd Week
