So i went out tonight armed with a great avatar and a good opening. i wanted to open at least two sets. the first one i spotted was three guys and two girls. the girls looked bored beyond belief so i figured it would be an easy open. my only problem was not having a clue as to what to do afterwards. i figured i would just play this one by ear.
me: can i ask you guys a question i need a male and female perspective on this.
girls: sure!
me: is kissing cheating?
girls and guys: yes
me: ok then here's the question. is it cheating if the girl is kissing another girl?
guys say no, girls say yes.
and i explain that my friend called me today with the story that his fiance had told him about kissing a girl the night before.
my mark changed her story quickly and said that it is different with girls. so i looked at her friend and said, "she can't make up her mind can she?" i realized this was not so much a neg as it was just negative, but she laughed. so, i brought up the difference of a guy kissing a guy and how that is just ridiculous and the guy who was sitting next to my mark jumped back and winced at the idea of a guy kissing a guy. i made sure to point it out to make him look foolish and the girls jumped on it. then i found myself stuck in a conversation with the girls gay friend who was also a wanna be fast talking psych major who just wanted to monopolize my time and crush any hope of talking to these girls without looking like a pick up. tey got their check and left...
not to be discouraged two women came into the bar afterwards and i figured no harm no foul to try the same opening again. they were more recptive but i found i had nowhere to go with the it after i got passed the original line of questioning. i negged my mark well on this trial but still couldn't find a way to get to the subject other than the open i opened with. SOMEONE HELP ME.....ANYONE IN BOSTON I AM A GREAT WING...YOU TEACH ME AND I WILL WING FOR YOU.

sounds like u did a great opener.. but u should have been in control over the whole gay conversation.... but other than that it was i good opener and ill prolly try it.... too bad im not near u or i would come and u could be my wing or vice versa....
