Depends on your personality. I'm a cocky, playful, fun, artist, traveller, philosopher who takes care of business type. For me I sit next to her on a couch or bed or where ever and do something like run my finger along the back of her neck down to her upper back and play with her through things like that and tickling her. (kino) Usually culminates in creating a "good feeling moment" where she's breathing deeply from laughter and just finished wrestling back and forth with me trying to tickle me (if you're not ticklish just play along), feeling active, and positive, and we are holding eachothers hands or arms staring into eachother's eyes smiling. From there it's all body language. Slowly loosen your arms as if you're letting her know your done (trust) but keep your hands on her somewhere. Create "that moment." Breathe slowly and deeply. Stare her in the eyes and blink slowly altering your focal point from her right eye to left then down to her lips then slowly back into her eyes again. Blink slowly. If she maintains eye position you can lean in a lil more. Lick your lips a little and blink. Keep breathing. They key is do everything slowly and confidently.

If she's into kissing keep going. Don't forget to do the peacocking thing Mystery and David D talk about...give em some and when they start feeling really into it pull away like she made you temporarily lose control of yourself. Then start kissing her passionately again and pull away again. Keep going moving to kissing her on her neck. Continue stop and go. Eventually she should get hot and bothered enough that she will throw herself at you.
