Help, for after opener

So I have gotten numbers before, but usually by accident. Like they thought I was talking to them, but I was talking to my friend, and that was the opener, and it worked well.

But I have also tried the tactic of what is better call or text (You ask their advice) and I get stuck afterwords. I want her to feel a connection before and after I ask for her number so she remembers me, and she wants to continue as much as I do.

I have read a bit, but want some more advice since I have not gotten too much luck. So any advice to help me out?

well, I still tried it out, and I went 3/4, I just got cool and calm before I went up to them and it all worked out. They were 2 HB6s and a HB7, but I think it went well fro my first time out
