Hey guys thought I'd get a little thread going for the fitness lovers here. Maybe share our goals and advice (never a bad thing)

What's your fitness and aims for your body this year?

Mine are to get rid of some of my love handles (exercise advice would be good, so hard), get my chest well defined and arms a bit bigger.

Feeling good and train regularly with a fairly good diet. What's your goals guys?

Nice thread Chel.

I actually do boxing(for over 7 years now). I don't do much weight training since it can buff you up and make your rms sluggish(if weights are too much).

I've always had a 6-pac(no love handles)but I've been neglecting ab workout over the past year.

I do simple at-home exercizes for abs:crunches(while laying flat on my back)with few weighty objects in hand(25 lb. weights, etc). Then I do leg raises with weights wrapped around my ankles, lay on my back and raise my legs bout 6 inches.

Then for the obliques(love- handle areas):I do some running or jogging. It usually burn the fat from my sides (even though its not much).

Nice Thread.
I have been trying to get a bigger body. I started to hit the gym everyday now. I'm trying to get my abs back( after god knows how many beers over the years) and to get my arms bigger and my chest toned up. Its been a pain in the ass though. I have a mass builder shake but it doesnt seem to work. you guys have any tips or recommendations for getting bigger?

Nice K, i'm in the middle of your body and the bigger body. Solid stomach but no visible 6 pac, strong and quite fast.

Patrick do you eat well, like a lot of protein? Eat regularly, take maybe some creatine and protein shake they help alot if you choose good ones.

Rest is also important, 4 days training max a week!

I've always wanted more mass too.

Hey Patricc, try some creatine(the powder one form that you can mix few tbs. with water or anything).

I've always been a skinny kid,ad honestly, when I was 21(Im now 28), a friend recommended creatine. Honestly, after 4 days of drinking the mix and exercizing,I blew up. Mainly my arms and chest. I lost interest and sold the creatine and went bacc down to my original size in no time(lol).

So,try the creatine Pat. It worked for me in 4 days. My family members were shocked to see me looking bigger.

Agreed creatine is a natural source of pump for your body. You appear bigger quicker as it gets to the muscles quickly, if you keep training you'll keep that size and get bigger in time. Diet is 50% of working out.

I used to be a fat ass K, like 17 stone and 42 inch waist at 17 years old! At 18 I decided to do something about it, for down to a comfortable 34 waist and around 13 and a half stone (muscle aswell) and now nobody believes i was that big because I'm looking quite well after a lot of hard work. So results can come, it just takes a lot of effort, but it's worth it.

Got damn, you were that big so young Chel(lol).

From your photo, seems like you're no bigger than I am(185 lbs.).

My goal for 010 is to just stay trimmed. Most I do is basic shit like jog, push ups, crunches & boxing, etc. Occasionally some dumbells.

I want to be under 200lbs by the end of May. The heaviest i've been is 240, but since i started to be more consistent with my diet and actually doing cardio i've made a lot of progress. Last time I checked my body fat was around 17% but that was about 3 months ago.

Right now I'm 222 at about 13-15% bodyfat (estimated). I'd like to retain as much of my mass as possible and get down to 10% ish by May.
