How did you guys start out? Did you read tons of books, take notes and than do a set routine you pre-planned? Or, did you just read some articles, post on here and than go out and wing it?

I just got a ton of books by Ross Jeffries, Mystery, David DeAngelo and some NLP stuff. I think im gonna have to so some set routines and mix and match until I get good enough where i just flow.

Tonights my first night out and with the little knowlege I have accumulated over the past 4 days hopefully ill have some success.

When I was about 15-16 years old, I stumbled on a site on the Internet. As I recall, I wasn't even looking for material about dating. But anyway, it went on that I started email contact with David DeAngelo, and even got invited to one of his private seminars, and posted on the So Suave message boards for awhile under the pseudonym Freewill. I forgot about it for a few years though, and BANG, Mystery appears in a book about picking up women, and all of a sudden I rediscovered this community that I'd forgotten about when I was 17. So yeah, I'm a returned missionary, I guess you could say.

My old roomate came back from xmas vacation this past year and goes "I've brought home The Bible!". I was like "Hmm...I wouldn't mind reading that..." and so he hands me The Game and I suddenly realised there was a much better religion in psychology and if I understood what went on in other people's heads well enough I would not only be able to pick up women, but succeed in any type of social interaction. I picked up some new clothes and got some piercings to look the way I wanted to and then didn't really get out at all. Then about a month ago I came back from a music fest where having sex is like shooting fish in a barrel, but I just didn't have any clue what to do with myself, how to approach and move towards my objective. So I read The Game again and joined the forum and have been looking into psychology again and been going out to bars and clubs with my roomates and friends and have had a few successes.

I started out a couple of months ago... the whole summer i made it a point to get at least one girlfriend and make out for the first time...(i never did this). but right at the end of the summer i think i saw somethhing on mystery, or something like that. My intrest grew exponentoally and now over the past couple of months i tried to asorb any information on the subject, it's pretty hard though since my parents won't buy my the stuff. anyways i have read the game, and even though i haven't read much other stuff, i have been really succesful, oh ya i made out, and now i am on my second girlfriend that's 1-2 grades above me.
It's a cinderrella story, lol.

I actually used to attract girls a lot when I was younger but a lot of crap with my mother dwarfed me. My father was a natural and I definitely had natural potential. Hah, I remember my sister once told me "When you enter Middle School, watch, you're going to get lots of phone calls from different girls." She said this because her older friends liked me, hah!
