Situation:

Last week I Kiss-Closed an HB8 who I had been gaming for about 2 weeks. We chit-chatted, I learned about her and her about me blah blah blah. Turns out she's going through a rough break up (Yeah right, and your making out with me on my bed at 3am after breaking up 2 days prior). Anyways, I pay no mind and think that I'm controlling the situation...which I was. She leaves my house roughly around 5am and the next morning I my Frame of Reference is significantly confident and my Ego was large enough to float me to the moon. So, I waited till that afternoon and I texted her.....No Response. The next day, I texted her......No Response. I saw her on FB, her status update said some Crazy sad shit that was too long to copy/paste here about this dude she broke up with.

I think I acted like an AFC because I posted some Stewie Griffin thing on her wall just to get her fuckin attention, but all she did was put ":) lmao!!". I text her again the next day....No Response.

Fast Forward 3 days, and it's Super Bowl Sunday. My families having the annual SB BBQ, and she texts me out of no where.

HB8: I'm not lost!!!! Just havent been wanting to talk to anyone but I guess things have gotten better.

Me:(Mind you, this reponse was from a text 3 days prior...so I was like WTF??) I understand, what you're going through is tough. I know something that will take your mind off of things, it works for me. (<-- Was given to me by a fellow member here on the site. Thank you)

HB8: What? lol

Me: BBQ at my house for the SuperBowl, being with people makes you feel better

HB8: What time? I work till 8

Me:(Thinking she was obviously interested, and getting my hopes up for a SuperBowl Lay Report) That's cool, just call me when you get out

Fast Forward to 8:20pm

My freinds and family are there, everyone's watching the Half Time show. I havent received a call or text from her, and I know she lives somewhat far from her job. So I wait till about 8:30, thinking I could catch her at the right time to ask her when she was coming.

***Me: Hey

No F***ing Response.....nothing all night.....not even today....

My next step is to stop talking to her all together, and if she texts me to not respond for a few days. What do you guys think? and Critique me please....

I'd say that she's being very rude. If she agrees on coming over and then ONCE again doesn't either text and/or reply to your texts, that's just a lack of respect.

HOWEVER, you must still see this through her perspective. After all, she's going through something that she calls a "rough break-up"... So whatever you do, don't really "attack" her about this whole flakiness.

Just tell her something in the lines of: Look, I realize you're going through a break-up and it must be really hard for you. I'm just gonna give you space now, because nothing else that I've been trying seems to help. I wish you all the best. Bye.

Then freeze out.... Or rather, just give her space. Be respectful about her situation and just keep your distance (for now).

I'll definetly respect her, I'm not one to attack a girl for flaking. If they don't show up, it's her loss not mine.

Dude just disappear/freeze out for like a month or for good or however long it takes. I doubt it would take a month but if you just don't respond anymore and act busy and give false time constraints when/if she does for maybe a week or two it'll work wonders. I would think it would under PUA theory and just in general how girls work. The best solution a lot of times is just to go away for a while.
