MY friend number closed a chick last saturday and she told him to text her later the same day (as if she were indicating an interest to hang out that night, since most people at my college go out then)
He texts her and gets no response. He's completely stumped as to why not.
I dont kno her at all so i cant tell if she was jus bein nice at the time she gave him her #, so if anyone has an opinion i'd like to kno for his sake and and future instances like this.

When it's something like this, you have no idea why she text back. Maybe she is playing hard to get? Maybe your friend didn't do a solid enough job getting the number? Maybe she's stuck in a toliet and her dog ate her phone?? You can ask yourself these questions because you will end up going crazy.

You can't treat any one number like its the end of the world. My advice is to tell your friend to go out anyways and find some other girls. If this girl calls back, then good...if she doesn't, then she doesn't. She wasn't worth the time anyways. If he wants to try again, at least wait a day or 2 before contacting again, because you don't want to seem too needy. Hope this helps!

he wasnt caught up in this girl so much as being caught up in the fact that she seemed eager to get his text, but then ignored it. Who knows what happened tho
he'll probly try to talk to her again sometime
